Dubai real estate surpasses Dh917 billion in record-breaking 2025
Non-resident participation rises to unprecedented levels
DUBAI – Dubai’s real estate sector recorded an exceptional Dh917 billion in transactions in 2025, marking a 20% increase in both value and volume compared to 2024.
The total number of transactions reached 270,000, highlighting the sector’s strongest performance in history.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, said: “Several years ago, we launched the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy with a clear goal of reaching Dh1 trillion in real estate transactions by 2033. The 2025 real estate transactions report highlights Dh917 billion in activity, surpassing even our highest expectations.”

Transaction growth
The number of new investors surged to 129,400, representing 23% of the total investor base. Real estate investments amounted to Dh680 billion, reflecting a 29% increase in value over the previous year.
Investor confidence
Non-resident investors accounted for 14% of the market, demonstrating growing international interest in Dubai’s property landscape. The increase in both local and foreign participation underlines the city’s reputation as a global investment hub.
Market outlook
The Dubai Land Department noted that the sustained growth stems from a combination of strategic planning, investor confidence, and diversified opportunities across the sector. Analysts highlight that the current trajectory positions Dubai well to achieve its long-term Dh1 trillion target ahead of schedule.
